<p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Dear Glenburnie Community,</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">As we approach the National&nbsp;Day&nbsp;for Truth and Reconciliation and&nbsp;Orange&nbsp;Shirt&nbsp;Day&nbsp;on September 30th, we are reminded of our responsibility to engage intentionally in learning about the Residential School System and the true history of relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in what is currently known as Canada. This is a&nbsp;day&nbsp;to honour the children who never returned home, to stand with Survivors, and to commit to reconciliation in our classrooms and communities.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">We encourage all students to wear orange on the 30th to remind us all of our shared commitment to reconciliation.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><br></p>

Please </span><b><strong class="editor-text-bold" style="white-space: pre-wrap;">prioritize bus traffic</strong></b><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> and </span><b><strong class="editor-text-bold" style="white-space: pre-wrap;">students/families walking</strong></b><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> in the lot. Only park in designated areas, avoid blocking bus lanes, and ensure children are accompanied while walking.
